Glass Island Studios is an arts studio based on the Isle of Jura.
As well as producing our own work, we run occasional courses to introduce others to the joys of working with your hands to create something beautiful.
The studio is run by K Gow, mixed-media artist who has lived on Jura, on and off, both as a child and an adult. Kirsten is a trained glass artist working with a range of materials including glass, collage, silver and ceramics. She takes her inspiration from the seascapes, stories and communities of the west coast of Scotland.
